All orders are processed within 3–5 business days after purchase.
During periods of high demand, product launches, holidays, or limited-edition drops, processing times may be extended. If significant delays occur, we will make reasonable efforts to notify affected customers.
Orders are not shipped on weekends or statutory holidays.

Delivery dates provided by carriers are estimates only.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.
If an incorrect or incomplete address is submitted and the order has already been processed or shipped, Apparel Cookie cannot guarantee successful delivery.
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, customers may be responsible for additional shipping fees before the order can be reshipped.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Once a package has been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier, Apparel Cookie is not responsible for lost, stolen, or misplaced packages.

Customs, Duties & Taxes
International orders may be subject to customs fees, duties, import taxes, or other charges imposed by the destination country.
