At Apparel Cookie, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely happy with your order, please review our return policy below.
Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must:

Be unworn, unused, and in its original condition

Have all original tags attached

Be returned in its original packaging

Be accompanied by proof of purchase or order confirmation
To request a return, please contact us at hello@apparelcookie.com with your order number and reason for the return.
If your return request is approved, we will provide instructions on how to return your item.
Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.
Return Window
You must contact us within 14 days of receiving your order to be eligible for a return.
Requests submitted after the 14-day period may not qualify for a refund.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you regarding the status of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method.
Please allow several business days for your financial institution to process and post the refund.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Exchanges
At this time, Apparel Cookie does not offer direct exchanges.
If you would like a different size, colour, or product, please place a new order after your refund has been processed.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:

Items that have been worn, washed, altered, or damaged after delivery

Shipping & Delivery Disclaimer
Once an order has been shipped, delivery is handled by the shipping carrier.
While we will do our best to assist customers with shipping-related concerns, Apparel Cookie is not responsible for delays, service interruptions, lost packages, or delivery issues caused by third-party shipping carriers.
Incorrect Shipping Addresses
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.
If an incorrect or incomplete shipping address is submitted:

We may be unable to modify shipping information after an order has been processed.

If the package is returned to us by the carrier, the customer must contact us to arrange a refund or reshipment.
If a returned package is eligible for a refund, the refund will cover the product purchase amount only.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
